Our history makes us
who we are.
Niche was started in 1996 by creative wunderkind, Mikael Wedemeyer. Even back then, Niche was a multi-disciplinary studio, combining great design and print with well-executed online offerings. Launching Niche Studio as a full-time operation after completing university in 2003, Mikael's big picture approach has since seen Niche organically grow to a staff of eight.
The experience of building a successful design agency and a solid business first hand has given the team at Niche the ability to provide solid advice and direction to client projects, whilst maintaining a focus on business-oriented solutions.
Our history and experience shows that we are trusted advisors and designers, and we'll still be around when you need us next.
Our team of in-house designers and digital specialists have a clever approach to problem-solving – this means we can tackle any job, no matter how big your dream. We have built Niche around solid project management, strong creative direction, professional processes, innovative design and effective code.
