We are a service-oriented team. We offer our time and expertise to solve your design problems and varied as they may be, there is a standard process that we follow with each project.

1. Brief

At our initial meeting we discuss your requirements and how we can assist. We will then create a brief that allows everyone to see exactly what we are doing, the procedure, requirements and the end deliverables. This ensures everyone knows what they're doing. The brief also incorporates an estimation of the hours required to complete the project based upon the information provided.

2. Concepts

Depending on the project, we will develop anywhere from 1 to 30 different concepts exploring alternative solutions. These will include mock-ups, sketches and prototypes for everyone to evaluate.

3. Final Design/Revisions

The selected concept(s) are then worked up to a final design. This is where we fix up any last minute changes before it gets printed, put up on the web or made!

4. Approval

Once you are completely satisfied with the design it is approved and any final work is completed before it is sent in the appropriate format for production.
