Applied Marketing - Does it apply to you?
ImageAbout 18 months ago, we realised that after we designed a great brochure or ad for our clients, they would let it sit in the corner in a box, or in the corner in the local rag.  Regardless of how well designed and written a brochure or ad or flyer is, if it sits in the in a box, or in a quiet corner of the newspaper, it will not do it's job.  This meant that getting these products designed and printed was a giant waste. As our primary concern is that our customers receive value from our work, we started offering a service that includes designing a plan to target their marketing efforts to the potential market that they want.

We start by looking who their potential market is, and understanding what makes their product or service special to those people. Then we look at where those people are, and what media they look at. Then dependent on the clients budget, we come up with a marketing campaign that will make the most of their dollars, and put the benefits of their product right under their markets nose, through effective design that will appeal to those particular groups of people.  That makes it pretty hard for them to not buy their product!

The marketing campaign can be as simple as a well written and typeset letter introducing their business that is mailed out to 500 different business decision makers in the local area, to a long running magazine advertising campaigns, teamed with product information materials and point of sale. We also take into account the power of the web in marketing strategies.

The important thing is, why have marketing material, without actually marketing it? The benefit with Niche Studio is, we can design the plan and then implement it. We call it applied marketing. Have a look at how we have done this for other people in the work section of our site.
